Agentic Trading AI operates the website agentictradingai.com (the "Site"). We sell digital educational guides and automated trading bot scripts. For questions about this policy, contact us at support@agentictradingai.com.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to fulfil your purchase:

• Email address — provided during Stripe checkout, used solely to deliver your download link.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Country — collected by Stripe for tax/compliance purposes.
• Basic server logs — IP address and browser type, retained automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

We do not run analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or any third-party session recording.

We are based in the EU (Lithuania) and process your data under the following bases:

• Contract performance — to deliver the product you purchased (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legitimate interest — server logs for security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Send you a one-time download email via Resend.
• Handle support requests when you contact us.

We do not send marketing emails, sell your data, or share it with third parties except as described below.

• Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy.
• Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery of your download link.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting. Processes server logs.
• Supabase (supabase.com) — secure storage of downloadable files.

All processors are under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

This site uses only functional cookies set by Stripe during checkout (e.g. to prevent fraud). These are strictly necessary and do not require consent under ePrivacy rules.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising cookies.

Your email address is retained for up to 12 months in our email provider (Resend) for support purposes, then deleted. Payment records are retained by Stripe for their legally required period (typically 7 years for financial records).

As an EU resident you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — request we limit processing of your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@agentictradingai.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Download files are protected by short-lived signed URLs. We do not store payment card data at any point.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
